Hydroforming & Punch Press Services

Hydroforming & Punch Press Services
Hydroforming & Punch Press Services

At Precise Metal Products, our punch presses are used to blank, pierce, and draw form a number of products for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. We specialize in the forming and fabrication of intricate assemblies that meet the highest quality standards and industry certifications. Our mechanical 105 ton punch press has a maximum press stroke of 24", a bed length of 36", and a bed width of 30" allowing us to accommodate a range of part sizes. We work with most metals including common steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum alloys as well as hard metals such as Inconel and titanium.

Parts can be fabricated to tolerances of ±0.0025" and are inspected using high resolution CMM equipment. We are ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C certified as well as NADCAP accredited for special processes. Punch press equipment is often used in conjunction with our metal spinning, hydroforming, or roll forming services. In addition to these primary fabrication capabilities, a myriad of secondary services such as part marking, painting, and chem-film application are available. Lead times average 8 weeks with an additional 12 to 16 weeks required if new tooling must be fabricated. For additional information about our punch press capabilities, see the table below, or contact us directly.
